Please note that e.g. your chosen screen name is publicly available. In particular, the entries made in the forum are public.
The input of sensitive data such as birth date, address or place of birth is not required and should be thoroughly considered.
The users are responsible for all content published by them.

2. E-Mail address

To use the provided services, a valid email address must be entered and verified so that a second communication channel exists. This is required to recieve a new password e.g. when the user forgot the password. The user agrees to receive such e-mails. Furthermore, it is possible that the user is irregularly notified of changes, news or similar information regarding the service. The user agrees to receive this e-mails, too.

The e-mail address will never be disclosed to third parties or published. It is used solely for the purposes described above. No advertisement for services of third parties will be delivered!

3. Collected Data

By using this service, data is generated and stored. This data can usually not be used to identify the user. Every time a file is requested, data related to this operation is stored on the server. The storage serves internal system-related and statistical purposes. Furthermore, these data are used to detect and track rule violations. Another use of this data does not take place, especially not for advertising purposes. None of this data will be given to third parties (except for law enforcement).

In special cases, such as the misuse of this website, relevant parts of the collected data will be used for law enforcement to the competent authorities. Single users or groups violating rules and/or laws may be identified in accordance with judicial decision. Without a valid reason a pursuit is (fortunately) not possible and also not intended by the operator.

4. Cookies
