To ensure a fair game, it is necessary that certain rules are respected.

Please read the following rules carefully and follow them in the future. Violations of these rules are not tolerated and will be punished to enable everyone a pleasing experience. Please understand that in this context, information such as IP addresses are logged. See also Privacy Policy.

If you don't want (or are not allowed) to accept these rules, you are not allowed to participate in the game.

1. Multi Accounts

Owning multiple accounts, so-called multi accounts or multis, at the same time is prohibited and leads to game disqualification. Using someone else's accounts, whether by the respective owners allowed or not allowed, is also prohibited.

2. Communication

Members are responsible for their ingame communication. The dissemination of pornographic, racist, offensive or illegal content is prohibited. It is also not allowed to abuse the provided channels of communication for advertising purposes. Communication in this regard includes explicitly every text entered on this website.

3. Exploits

The exploitation of errors in programming, so-called bugs, is not allowed. Recognized programming errors and irregularities, such as free shopping in certain circumstances, must be reported immediately. The operator will soon try to fix the error and recover damages (or benefits). Of course, the unknown use of a bug is not punished when the operator is immediately notified.

4. Access

It is strictly forbidden to access any page of this website with any other program than a common browser (Mozilla Firefox, Opera, Google Chrome, Safari, Netscape, Internet Explorer, Konqueror or Lynx). This applies especially to so-called bots or other tools that might replace the web interface. An exception are programs which will enable visually impaired people to surf the Internet. Web crawlers are not affected, if only public information is requested.

5. Forbidden tools

It is forbidden to use partially or fully automated tools (bots, scripts, etc.) in order to gain an advantage in the game. This includes explicitly Addons / Extensions for allowed web browser. Inputs, in particular mouse clicks on buttons, must always be carried out personally by the player. It is not allowed to automate parts or all of these inputs.

6. Manipulation and Attacks

Actions which can cause high amounts of traffic or put the gameplay at risk are not allowed and be will be punished.
Automatic or semi-automatic scripts that send requests to the database or trigger game mechanisms are also prohibited.
A violation of this policy will result in immediate expulsion from the game.

Users who illegally access accounts which they haven't registered themselves will eventually be indicted for their deeds.

The automatic or manual editing of parts of web pages is prohibited, also is the manipulation of forms.

The unauthorized intrusion on the server (including access to files via FTP access and manipulation of databases) is strictly prohibited!

7. False reports

Knowingly reporting false bugs, incorrect rule violations or other attempts to pretend bugs or rule violations will not be tolerated. This is especially true for people which speculate to usurp allegedly lost-game credits or other objects.

8. Restitution for damage

Disadvantages by a programming error, server failure or similar events, cannot be used to claim compensation, no matter in what form. Of course, the operator is trying to enable everyone a fair game, please contact the operator when you feel discrimintated against others.

The operator takes no liability for damage caused by the use of this internet service. Compensation is excluded in any case.

9. Ownership

Each account, as well as the corresponding objects in the game (including the credits) are virtual objects in the game and remain the property of the operator. They are provided to players only for playing purposes. The exchange of accounts and / or ingame objects and services for real money are not allowed.

10. Parcitipating in the Game

There is no right to participate in the game. The operator reserves the right to delete accounts without notice for any reason. The operator is able to terminate or restrict the offer at any time, for any reason.

Anyone who violates a section of the rules shall expect to be disqualified from the game. Other measures, such as criminal charges are not excluded.

11. Other

With registration, the player agrees that his account will be deleted when caught cheating and his or her nickname will be made public. This is especially true for players which act as "multis".

A round may be terminated or restarted by the operator anytime, for any reason. However, this will not happen under normal circumstances.

Each player is responsible for the security of his account (the choice of a secure password). If a player's password was guessed or has been obtained in other ways, the operator is not entitled to compensate for eventual damage caused.

12. The rules

The operator reserves the right to adjust the rules.

13. Severability clause

If one of these sections appears to be invalid, the validity of the others is unaffected.
